Nut Roasting Machine Quote: What Information Should You Send?
Prepare a useful quote request for a nut roaster with this checklist for product, target result, plant, machine type and order scope.
Describe the product and the result you want
Name the product to be processed, how it is currently prepared and the roast characteristics you expect. Process requirements can change with the product, so list each product separately if you plan to process more than one. Where possible, provide a representative raw-material sample and an example of the expected finished product.
Do not treat a machine type as a final decision by itself
You can mention that you are considering a belt-type or rotary system, but assess the final choice together with product trials, process expectations and site conditions. A machine name alone does not confirm product suitability or the result.
Share plant information and layout
Provide installation-area dimensions, doors and transport routes, existing equipment connections, access to power or fuel, and ventilation conditions. A sketch or photo of the current line can make an initial technical discussion more efficient. Confirm final dimensions against the current order drawing.
Ask for the quotation scope item by item
Request separate details for the machine and auxiliary equipment included, responsibility for site connections, delivery and installation scope, training and acceptance steps. This lets you compare different quotations on the same scope.
